A Gentle Reminder:

- Order Processing Time:Due to the bespoke nature of our products, each custom-designed piece requires approximately 3-7 days for design, production, and drying. Please note that while expedited shipping options are available, the custom creation process cannot be accelerated.
- Estimated Shipping Duration:For most destinations in the USA, Europe, and the UK, orders are shipped via carriers like FedEx and USPS and typically arrive within 5-8 business days.
- Packaging: To ensure your tote arrives in perfect condition, we use bubble bags for an added layer of protection during transit.
Care Instructions
- Upon receiving your new tote, you may notice a distinct scent, a natural result of the lacquer process. We kindly advise placing your bag in a well-ventilated area for 2-4 days to allow it to air out thoroughly.
- Please be aware that during the initial drying period of the lacquer, the colors of your tote may appear somewhat dull. However, over the course of 1-2 weeks, you will witness a mesmerizing transformation as the colors evolve into their intended vibrant and bright hues. This gradual change is a unique aspect of the lacquering process that we hope you will find enjoyable and rewarding.
- To maintain the unique beauty and integrity of your tote’s design, please wait at least one month after receiving it before washing. When the time comes to wash your tote, do so with cold water to ensure the longevity of the fabric and the vibrancy of the patterns.
- During the dyeing process, it’s normal for some colors to transfer slightly to the interior, or for other colors to slightly stain the bag. This is a typical occurrence that adds to the unique charm of your tote, reflecting the artisanal methods and craftsmanship behind each piece.
